Dear Rudolph,
Since you’re the team lead with the reindeer, I want to respond to their request to replace the sled. Yes, it certainly is showing some wear and tear and the steering seems a little loose.
I will give their suggestions consideration before making a final decision later this month. Prancer was certainly enthusiastic about the new Chevrolet Tahoe and its strong performance rating and handling in rough weather conditions. I think Dancer is lobbying hard for the Nissan Murano more so because of its fine lines and exquisite interior. I would be happy with heated seats but the full range of electronic systems is pretty neat too. I recall we got into quite a squeeze last year in Nelson and the backup camera sure would have helped.
Please tell Comet we appreciate his suggestion but that the car named for him is no longer in production. As I recall, it would have been a bit of tight squeeze and more so at the end of the night after scoffing all those Christmas cookies left by the children under their trees.
The Ford Edge looks very racy so it doesn’t surprise me that Dasher would plump for that crossover vehicle. Donner and Blitzen both voted for the Volkswagen Touareg, a nod to their distant ethnicity I suspect. Very roomy and refined but perhaps a bit expensive in this economic climate.
Cupid really had fuel economy in mind when suggesting the new Honda CRV, also citing it’s suitability for a growing family. Oh, and I know Cupid has a new friend but we can’t possibly add a reindeer to the team – maybe next year.
Thanks, Santa
