Drives-U-Crazy: Smart Driving in a Smart Car

Watched curiously, as the driver of a smart car smartly crossed a major road from a side street controlled by a stop sign.

He carefully claimed one lane at a time after closely approaching cars passed. But by the time he reached the third lane, cars were held up in the first two lanes as he waited to venture further. People began leaning on the horn. How dare he get in the way, right?

Actually, he did nothing wrong.
